Mark Edwards, Superintendent of the Mooresville Graded School District in North Carolina who was recently featured on the PBS program, “The Mooresville Tech Revolution” describes the progress his district has made in the last four years since lap-top computers were introduced to all students. The large leap in test scores, the improved attendance figures, and the general engagement and enthusiasm of staff, students, and families are the product of much staff development.
